Meet The Founder

Ambria M. Hardy is a seasoned real estate broker and economic development strategist with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning public administration, community development, and real estate sales. She is the Founder and Qualifying Broker of The Maxwell Haus Residential Agency, a boutique brokerage based in Atlanta, Georgia. Through her leadership, the firm was selected to join Georgia State University's prestigious Main Street Entrepreneur Seed Fund, securing a $10,000 grant for innovation in real estate services. A licensed Broker and Notary Public, Ambria is known for her ability to blend market insight with civic impact, especially in historically underserved communities. Before launching her brokerage, Ambria held key roles at Compass, Meritage Homes, and Keller Williams, consistently achieving top-tier results by integrating marketing acumen, client advocacy, and community outreach. Her approach to business development was informed by a parallel career in public service, including her tenure as a Statewide Project Manager at the Georgia Department of Economic Development. There, she coordinated multi-agency efforts to attract business investments across Georgia’s 159 counties, directly contributing to corporate relocations that generated over 500 new jobs statewide. Ambria’s background also includes service in the Georgia Army National Guard, where she earned an AAS in Intelligence Operations Studies and attained Top Secret/SCI clearance as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst. She holds a BS in Public Policy with a concentration in Economic Development and Planning, and is currently a candidate for an MS in Commercial Real Estate at Georgia State University. Through every phase of her career, Ambria has demonstrated a commitment to equity, excellence, and intentional leadership in both the private and public sectors.
